Prior to joining RCC, Jerry served as a director of Parkway Construction, joining
the firm in 1991. Jerry has vast experience directing and guiding large companies
and administering large numbers of employees. He has developed the reputation as
a no none sense leader, who knows how to delegate and establish accountability.
These skills are the basis of a successful and long career in executive management.
Jerry holds a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University
and is a registered Professional Engineer with the state of Texas.
Prior to RCC, Mike was Managing Director and Executive Vice-President at Trammell
Crow Company a national real estate services and development company. Mike was
responsible for all Treasury and Tax functions as well as M&A analysis, M&A due diligence,
design and implementation of executive compensation programs, corporate headquarters
accounting, budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, risk management, and financial
analysis. Mike has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience in the real
estate. Mike has expertise with the accounting and finance side of asset management,
property management, brokerage, development, project management and facilities management.
Prior to that Mike worked as a Senior Tax Accountant for KPMG. Mike is a licensed
CPA with over 20 years of financial and accounting experience.
Mike has been the CEO for Corporate USA Real Estate Services, Inc. since it’s inception
since 1991 (for 20 years). Mike has managed and leased several million square feet
of commercial office projects on behalf of owned properties and as an agent on behalf
of others. He has expertise in acquisition and disposition of income producing investments.
Have created several invest partnerships and have raised investment funding from
domestic and international sources. Have extensive experience with turn around and
Mike has experience with renovation, development, restoration and remedial structure
repairs of commercial office buildings and garages. Have extensive experience in
interior finish/tenant improvements.
Mike is a licensed Property Tax Consultant and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker
for 20 years. Mike attended Brigham Young University.

Prior to RCC, David was with PEPSICO INC /FRITO-LAY From 1993 through 2010. While
there for served as Group Manager, Managed Computing Infrastructure Services, as
well as Group Manager, Global Network and Hosting Operations 2005-2006, Senior Manager,
International Infrastructure 2003-2004, Senior Manager, Global Infrastructure Planning
and Portal 1999-2003.
While there he led a successful worldwide transition to supplier-managed computing
services across 62 countries and 4 international divisions that comprise about 45%
of PepsiCo’s revenues.
David holds a MBA, Outstanding Management Science, Beta Gamma Sigma Honour Society
from University of North Texas and a BS Marketing and Retail Management from Brigham
